蝦頭味噌湯材料 Ingredients of Miso soup with shrimp heads
材料：
蝦頭…約20個
豆腐…一盒
味噌…3匙
米酒…少許
蔥花…少許
Ingredients of Miso soup with shrimp heads
20 Shrimp Heads
1 box Tofu
1 tbsp Miso
a little Cooking Wine
a little Minced Scallion
蝦頭味噌湯做法 Miso soup with shrimp heads Recipe
如果有時間的話，可以把蝦鬚跟蝦頭尖尖的地方修剪一下，如果趕時間就算了。
用蝦頭煮湯的是因為味噌湯頭裡還可以喝到蝦子的鮮味。
I made fried shrimp (recipe link ) before, so I have many shrimp heads. I’ll cook Miso soup with the shrimp heads, it would be delicious.
蝦頭冷水下鍋，加點米酒，蓋上蓋子煮至水滾。
Place the shrimp heads into a pot and add some cooking wine, then cover it, cook until boiled.
水滾之後轉小火，再煮15分鐘。
15分鐘後再放入切好的豆腐，等湯再次煮滾，再放入味噌（味噌可以先用水調開），接著就是關火！
Then, cook on the low heat for 15 minutes. After that, add tofu into the pot, and boiled again. Then, add Miso and turn the heat off.
最後撒上蔥花，即可享用囉～
Add the minced scallion. Enjoy.
