蒸瓜仔肉食譜 Steamed Minced Pork with Pickles(fermentation cucumber) Recipe。突然間好懷念古早味的蒸瓜仔肉,剛好家裡之前買來配粥的脆瓜罐頭還有剩,那晚餐就加上這道菜了;用電鍋做這道菜非常容易,想起來也算個懶人料理吧!

Steamed Minced Pork with Pickles (fermentation cucumber) Recipe. You can buy fermentation cucumber from Asia market. It’s easy to prepare, I would use rice cooker to cook it.

某日突然好想念瓜仔肉,感覺有好久沒吃到了,還好家裡有材料(畢竟目前米國疫情狀況很差,現在的狀況不是想吃什麼就能吃什麼,而是要看家裡有什麼材料才能吃什麼),立刻來做。

蒸瓜仔肉做法 Steamed Minced Pork with Pickles(fermentation cucumber) Recipe

材料:

豬絞肉…300g
脆瓜+湯汁…170g
蒜頭…14g
薑…10g
蔥…1支
太白粉…1/2匙
糖…1茶匙
醬油…1匙
香油…1匙
米酒…1匙
鹽…少許

Ingredient of Steamed Minced Pork with Pickles(fermentation cucumber)

300g ground pork
170g pickles and sauce (fermentation cucumber)
14g garlic
10g ginger
1 scallion
1/2 tbsp tapioca starch
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cooking wine
a little salt

蒸瓜仔肉食譜

蒜頭切成蒜末,薑切成薑末備用。

脆瓜也切碎備用。

Mince the garlic, ginger and pickles (fermentation cucumber).

蒸瓜仔肉做法

接著把蒜末及薑末倒入放絞肉的碗。

Then, add the mince garlic and ginger into the bowl, stir with the ground meat.

蒸瓜仔肉

接著把切碎的脆瓜、太白粉、一匙米酒、一匙香油、一匙醬油、一茶匙糖、脆瓜的醬汁及一半的蔥花倒入碗中,然後撒上適量的鹽巴,攪拌均勻即可。

Then, add the mince pickles (fermentation cucumber), tapioca starch, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, the pickle sauce and a half of mince scallion into the bowl. Sprinkle some salt, and stir it.

蒸瓜仔肉 做法

拿一個盤子,把絞肉平鋪在盤子上。

接著放入電鍋,外鍋一杯水,等待開關跳起即可(我的電鍋比較小,所以我習慣架高盤子,這樣比較好拿)。

Take a dish and put the ground meat and flatten it. Then, steam for 25 minutes.

蒸瓜仔肉食譜

等電鍋跳起後,撒上蔥花,蒸瓜仔肉就完成囉~

After that, sprinkle the mince scallion. End~
